This Week on The Grid: Photoshop, RAW Editing & Noise Reduction

Scott Kelby and Erik Kuna were back for an Open Q&A on this week’s The Grid, answering viewer questions about photography, editing, camera gear, and everything in between.
On the editing side, they discussed Photoshop workflows, noise reduction, and working with black-and-white RAW images. Scott and Erik explained how photographing in black-and-white affects your RAW files and how Lightroom’s B&W profiles can help create a consistent look across multiple photographs.
They also covered Lightroom Classic collections, printing, and some common workflow questions, along with tips for photographing wildlife and getting sharper astrophotography images. Scott even shared his experience photographing the Blue Angels, including a lesson or two about tracking fast-moving subjects.
And for anyone who enjoys photographing the great outdoors, Scott introduced KelbyOne’s new National Parks Series, with on-location courses from ten national parks.
