COPY & PASTE LAYER STYLES
You can copy on layer style to another layer simply doing a right-click on the FX icon and choosing Copy Layer Style from the menu. Then select the target layer and right-click again then choose Paste Layer Style. You can also hold down the Option key {PC:Alt} then click and drag the fx icon to the target layer.

I am using Adobe Photoshop Element 9. I want to copy and paste layer styles. On the layer panel, I couldn’t fine the fx button.
I highlighted one of the layers, and on the menu go to layer, stroke (Outline)selection.
On the stroke pop-up window, I entered the stroke size, color, location and then click OK.
I go back to the layer panel, the “copy layer style”, “paste layer style”, ” clear layer style” were not lighted. I could not copy and paste the layer style onto other layer.
Could you help?
Wow! Now I feel like a complete muppet hahaha. Thank you xx
