Cycling through layer blend modes part 1

Sometimes it’s useful to quickly cycle through your blend modes to see which one works best. Manually clicking on each one just isn’t quick, so try this: Click on the Blend Mode list in the top left of the Layers panel to select a blend mode. Then press Shift-+ to cycle down the list and Shift-ñ to go back up.

  1. Easier still is select a blend mode so it is ‘blue’ or whatever color your activation is.
    Collapse the drop menu w another click, leaving the selected mode blue.

    Now just spin your mouse wheel and you fly through the modes….never need to touch anything but your mouse (works on PC…maybe not w Mac).
